Returns Policy

Our returns policy gives you 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused or unworn, have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.

Please choose the most economical shipping method that includes a tracking number. Please be advised that we will not accept returns without prior approval.

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, please take the time to inspect it. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 calendar days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
